Is it necessary to have a basement?
The cost for the client needed to be considered. Providing basement very costly.
For example, can try to provide elevated car parking at the edge of the site.
To justify whether the proposed programs are free or have to pay.
To come out with the idea of how is my design going to sustain in term of the profit.

Point of views

To provide elevated car parking on the ground indeed helps save quite some money. However, from my point of view, in term of aesthetic and site context relationship, elevated car parking is truly lower down the quality of overall building design and its surrounding context.

Next, I agree with the question regarding how is my building design going to sustain for the long term. I will come out with a diagram and justify which programs are free and needed a ticket to enter.
